Arianne Young – Costume Collaboration
Arianne Young grew up with a sketchpad by her side providing a way to document her love of fashion and art whenever the mood struck. She found herself learning the ways of the corporate world of fashion when she got into the head office of a Canadian retailer. Without a creative outlet, Arianne co-founded an artist management company where she could nurture her second love, music, in Toronto's indie scene. Creating an image is such an integral aspect of the music industry; it ignited the fires of her first love again and she began to design accessories completely influenced by rock and roll. A chance-of-a-lifetime trip to Hong Kong three years ago brought one of her designs to life and Bettykiss Style Inc. was born. Now, solely dedicated to the styling side of the industry she is the exclusive stylist for Bitch Salad's comedy revue. In the past year she has worked on various fashion installations, shows and editorials. Arianne has gone back to school learning the art of Copywriting and studied Starting a Small Business to further push herself toward something greater than she ever thought possible. With published work in Alt Noir, INK magazine and T&M magazine in only six months – Arianne is so thankful for this opportunity with Wish Opera to learn and develop her talent which will only breed more success in the years to come.

Michelle Foran – Costume Collaboration
A talented young artist, designer and trendsetter, currently working in the financial industry and aspiring towards a career in fashion. She has a profound love and appreciation for the arts, fashion, photography and any other mediums that promote beauty and individuality. Michelle has done freelance work as a personal fashion stylist; volunteered at a number of fashion shows including LG Fashion Week - both from a media and backstage/wardrobe perspective, and has also dabbled in costume design during her former years as a competitive figure skater. She has completed her undergrad degree in Business Management & Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario, and continues to develop her skills in the fashion industry through sewing classes, retail buying at George Brown College, and managing her own fashion blog. Her desire is to build a future in the fashion industry, hoping to someday land her dream job as creative director for a reputable fashion house, or maybe even start her own label. She thrives in creative environments and enjoys contributing not only through her fashion sense, but also loves getting involved in creative direction and set design. She now joins the Wish Opera family in support of their vision to expose Canadian talent and fuse traditional opera with fresh modern style.
